1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Standard Processing: Most orders are processed and delivered within 5–7 business days following payment confirmation. Please note that "business days" do not include weekends or public holidays.

  • Custom Orders: Personalized or custom-commissioned pieces may require additional time. Estimated lead times for these items will be communicated directly during the order confirmation process.

  • Status Updates: In the event of an unexpected production delay, we will notify you promptly via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Destinations

  • Complimentary Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free International Shipping on all print orders to the countries listed below.

  • Serviced Countries: USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norfolk Island, Norway, Portugal, and Spain.

  • Unlisted Destinations: If your country is not listed above, please contact us at info@capicotto.co for a custom shipping quote and to verify delivery availability.

3. Tracking & Delivery

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress.

  • Carrier Partners: We partner with premium global carriers to ensure your art arrives safely. The specific carrier is selected based on your destination and the dimensions of the product.

  • Support: If you experience any issues with your tracking number or delivery status, please reach out to our support team at info@capicotto.co.

4. International Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Responsibility: For international deliveries, the recipient is the importer of record. You are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by your country’s regulations.

  • Compliance: You are responsible for complying with all legislation governing the importation of goods into your destination country.

  • Indemnity: By purchasing from Capicotto, you agree to indemnify Joseph Capicotto Fine Art and Capicotto against any claims, penalties, or expenses (including VAT) arising from a failure to comply with local import/export regulations or time limits.

5. Address Accuracy

  • Verification: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Capicotto is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • Modifications: If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately. While we will make every effort to update the information, we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered the fulfillment stage.

6. Cancellations

  • 2-Hour Window: To provide the fastest service, our automated fulfillment begins shortly after an order is placed. You have a 2-hour window from the time of purchase to cancel your print order for a full refund.

  • Late Requests: After 2 hours, cancellations are subject to approval. If production has already commenced, we may be unable to process a refund.
