Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing CAPICOTTO. We take great pride in the quality of our fine art prints and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy regarding returns and refunds below.


1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the incorrect item, please notify us at info@capicotto.co within 7 days of delivery.

  • Immediate Resolution (Within 7 Days): To expedite your claim, please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of both the item and the packaging. Once verified, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost. You do not need to return the original item.

  • Extended Window (8–14 Days): Reports made within this timeframe will still be reviewed; however, we may require the product to be returned in its original packaging before a refund is issued. In these instances, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Post-14 Days: After 14 days from the delivery date, all sales are considered final and we can no longer accept claims for damage or errors.

2. "Change of Mind" Returns

We want you to love your art. If you change your mind, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

  • Eligibility: The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

  • Process: Contact info@capicotto.co with your order number and the reason for the return.

  • Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, excluding any original shipping charges.

  • Finality: After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns for a change of mind.

3. Customized Prints

Due to their bespoke nature, customized or personalized prints are final sale. These items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect as outlined in Section 1.

4. Refund Process

  • Processing Time: Once a return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5 business days. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to post the transaction to your account.

  • Refund Method: All refunds are issued to the original payment method. If that method is no longer available, an alternative will be used at our discretion.

  • Partial Refunds: We reserve the right to grant partial refunds for items that are returned not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Delayed Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card provider first. If the issue persists, contact us at info@capicotto.co.

5. Return Procedure

  1. Initiate: Email info@capicotto.co with your order number and details regarding the return.

  2. Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the appropriate shipping address.

  3. Ship: Items returned without a prior RA number will not be accepted. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
